At this time the factory only offers 4 different colors of the hard hats; however, we are now able to add other colors to the cowboy style hard hats.  We take one of the regular hat shells then prep the hat, add several coatings of a special paint, and then cover with a bright glossy finish.  The hard hat colors will not fade, smear, or easily chip off.   

The Cowboy hard hat is a perfect alternative to a conventional hard hat. This hard hat combines a classic cowboy look in an OSHA certified hard hat. The hat is designed with a heavy duty ABS plastic that is durable enough for rugged jobs. The western style hard hat shape also provides sun and weather protection for your face, neck and ears. This hard hat comes with a 4 point ratchet suspension and should fit head sizes 6.5 to a size 8. The western brim measurements are 15 inches from front tip to back tip, and 14 inches for left to right tip. Makes a unique and great gift idea.
