| The Howard Leight® PerCap™ banded earplugs are similar to our Reflex™ hearing bands, but there are some important differences. The PerCap™ banded earplugs feature a compact design, and they deliver semi-aural protection. These plugs deliver great protection against loud noises, and the pods sit outside of the ear canal opening. You can wear the PerCap™ bands in three different positions, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding the best fit for your needs. Since these bands can be folded down, they're easy to store inside of a pocket and can be carried anywhere. The PerCap banded earplugs are especially useful for supervisors because these individuals frequently move in and out of noisy environments.
