The ERB soft caps offer top impact protection and can be used for a number of lightweight work applications. These hats have no ANSI certification, so they’re not to be used in environments that call for such protection.  Typically this hat would be worn when working under cars, in factory settings, and/or other tasks with only moderate head safety dangers.

This listing is for one of the baseball style cotton cap, with the hard insert installed.  With a 6-panel design, these caps are supportive, stylish and functional. Unlike some similar products on the market, these soft caps don’t contain metal parts, so you never have to worry about replacements. Each cap is made of 100 percent cotton.  Each cap is adjustable in the back with a hook and loop enclosure.  Should fit head sizes from 6.5 to a size 7 3/4.  

 

While these caps are supportive with top protection, they should never be used as replacements for ANSI certified hard hats.
