This item is for the Dax Lift Hard hat Replacement Suspensions.  Does not come with the hard hat shell.  This fits both the Dax Composite hard hats and also the carbon fiber hard hats with a 6 point ratchet suspension.  The replacement suspension should fit head sizes 7.0 to 8.0. The suspension comes with a soft padded top to offer additional cushioning for the head.
