| Show a little of your personality with the American Liberty Design Hydro Dipped Hard Hats. Texas America Safety Company is offering a full line of these unique and stylish hard hats. Each design offers a bright and vivid image with a high gloss finish. Why not work in style? Each Hydro dipped hat comes with an adjustable ratchet suspension that fits most adults. We take a new Class 1 Class C, E and G hard hat and each hat is prepared and dipped one at a time. Therefore, each hard hat is unique and has slight differences in the placement of the pattern. We are currently using a Pyramex SL Full Brim with 4 point suspension for the hard hat shell, a 6 point suspension is available for only a couple of bucks more. We have found these hard hats have the best features to work with. The design covers the entire outside of the hard hat and will not fade or easily scratch. We are carrying all patterns in stock and can generally produce the hats in 1-2 days; however, there may be an additional 2-4 day lead time in case of back orders or larger orders. Hydro dipfull brim hardhat
Everything was great except for the rubber edging the rubber strip that goes around the edge of the brim it's a 360 Brim it comes off too easy. I work as a stagehand and it only takes pumping at one time and that's coming off. In fact half of it was off when I pulled it out of the box. It was a bit of a pain to get it back on there. So if that were to happen while I was working I would just take it off and toss it so I'm going to have to find some way to glue it on there and where the seam is where the two ends meet in the back was not cut very well they don't meet evenly. So there's that other than that hard hats and great condition beautiful the hydro turned out perfectly.
