A WHOLE LOT OF NOISE GOING ON!
Let's face it, there's a lot of noise out there, and a lot of it hazardous to our hearing health. There are literally hundreds of everyday activities in which we engage that call for the use of some form of hearing protection. Of course, it is often difficult to prepare for these moments, but if you know you are going to a heavy metal rock concert or rocket launching, for example, you can pick up some disposable foam earplugs before you go. Better yet, have a supply in your home or workplace to use when needed. They can be ordered on-line here at tasco-safety.com.
If you are planning to use power tools, heavy machinery, noisy yard equipment, firearms, or ride a motorcycle or snowmobile, stick in some plugs or put on some ear muffs. You can't be too careful with your hearing.
