DuPont Tychem^® Fiber Chemical Suits

DuPont Tyvek^® QC polyethylene coated garments provide excellent lightweight splash protection from many acids and other liquid chemicals. It is a good economical choice for chemical protective clothing in many industrial plants and chemical cleanup operations.
Seams are available with serged, bound, or heat-sealed seams for increased holdout of liquids and dry particulates. The DuPont Tyvek^® chemical suits are available in high visibility yellow and have been "quality coated" with 1.25 mils of polyethylene in order to meet level B standards. This Level B standard protects your workers against accidental spills, sprays and splashes of acids, bases, pesticides and other liquid chemicals.

Also available is the entire collection of sealed seam garments including: encapsulated suits, coveralls, shirts, pants, hoods, boots, aprons and sleeves.

Comes is sizes SM-XXL, and can be special ordered with larger sizes. Packed 12 to a case.

The PE coated suits are very similar to the QC chemical suits above. They have a 0.75 mil white polyethylene coating on a flexible polypropylene garment. This thinner coating creates an economical measure of lightweight industrial chemical protection.

While these suits are designed to be an economical substitute for the QC suits, they are not suggested for use with extreme chemicals.

The suits come with either standard or elastic wrists/ankles, or with a combination of hood and/or booties. In addition, the PE coated suits also use serged seams in their construction.

The PE coated protective clothing collection includes coveralls, shirts, pants, hoods, boots, aprons and sleeves. Comes is sizes SM-XXL, and can be special ordered with larger sizes. Packed 25 to a case.

DuPont Tychem^®BR (9400) coveralls, a state-of-the-art fabric, provides excellent protection against a broad range of chemicals. The material is tough, durable, tear-resistant, and holds its own among many other reusable apparel fabrics that are considerably more costly. It is a copolymer film laminated to a rugged, spun-bonded material from DuPont.
Suits of DuPont Tychem^®BR (9400) are tops for many applications from splash protection to basic clean-up tasks.

All models are constructed with set-in sleeves for added strength, freedom of movement and wearer comfort. In addition, all models feature sewn and heat-sealed seams and covered front zippers to keep harmful chemicals out. The Tychem coveralls meet all fabric requirements of NFPA 1993.
