The MSA cap style large jumbo hard hats come with a FAS-TRAC® suspension, so they’re easy to adjust for a great fit. Since they’re made with a jumbo size, these hats have been created for larger heads. These are some of the most popular hard hats for manufacturing and construction work.

They offer a comfortable fit and can be worn for long shifts. For many individuals, our standard hats fit too tightly. Our jumbo hats correct this problem and protect individuals who can’t fit into a smaller size. Since these are Type 1 hard hats, they meet ANSI Class C, G and E standards.

They’re made in the United States, so you can feel good about your purchase and support the economy. A balanced rigid shell keeps these hard hats comfortable all day, and they have dielectric properties for better protection against electrocution.

With built-in accessory slots, the MSA cap style jumbo hard hats can be used with the important accessories that you need to get the job done. All aspects of these helmets are designed in a larger size, so they’re perfect for larger individuals. The specific products on this page come with a FAS-TRAC® suspension, but our other MSA hard hats can be purchased with different suspensions.

    If you're reading this... you have a big head!! Not your average size, but one that has a lot more brains and good stuff inside. Buy this Hardhat because it was made for you! Love it!! And you don't look like a clown as a bonus!!

    For those with a large hat size this work hat is a godsend. The combination of this hat being of an appropriate size and the well designed, comfortable, retaining system, make this a winner.

    I need very large headwear so I went with the largest sized one of these available. Wonderful ! This lid is comfortable, doean'r fall off every time I tip my head forward, and that retaining mechanism is quite different and impressive. I hope it works as well in a couple of years as it does now but in any case,, I've found my hat store.
