  • T.A.S.C.O. will quickly replace, refund, or exchange any products with poor quality or workmanship (Not including normal wear and tear of the item after usage)
  • T.A.S.C.O. will quickly replace, refund, or exchange any unused product that does not meet your expectations up to 30 days after the purchase.
  • T.A.S.C.O. will give a 100% credit for the cost of your return products (Does not include shipping costs). If it's our mistake your shipping costs will also be refunded.

Freight Policies for Exchanges
  • UPS or USPS mis-delivered the order (not customer's fault)
  • Product did not fit correctly.
  • Product did not meet expectations and customer would like to exchange for something similar.
  • Order was called, faxed, or mailed in and a miscommunication caused the incorrect product to be invoiced and shipped.
Note:
You would be responsible for shipping the item back to us.

T.A.S.C.O. will quickly provide exchanges free of shipping and pay for the return postage for the following reasons:
  • Incorrect product was shipped.
  • Product was defective and un-usable.
  • Product was damaged and un-usable from transit.
Note 1:
You would not be charged to return products back or charged to have the products re-shipped to you.

Note 2:
We will enter the return labels at our costs; however, the items need be set aside for UPS pickup or dropped off at the post office (whichever is most convenient).
Return Procedures:
  1. If you need to return or replace an item, the first step is to apply for a return/exchange authorization at this link:

  2. Once the form has been submitted we will send you back a return authorization within next 1-2 days.
  3. Simply print out the e-mail we return and/or enclose all the return information inside the package. Then send the products to the address below (if applicable).
